Report a corruption offense or an offense related to corruption

The Kharkiv City Council and its executive bodies, within the limits of their authority, cooperate with persons who report possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption." Persons who assist in preventing and combating corruption are protected by the state.

You can leave a report about violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Preventing Corruption" by employees of the Kharkiv City Council, its executive bodies, municipal enterprises, institutions, and organizations regarding:

• the use of official powers or position and related opportunities to obtain undue benefits for oneself or others;

• failure to submit or late submission of a declaration by a person authorized to perform state or local self-government functions;

• failure to take measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest;

The report must contain factual data indicating the possible commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense, other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" that can be verified.
