Dear residents of Kharkiv!

You can contact the Mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Oleksandrovych Terekhov, with comments, complaints, suggestions, statements, or requests in writing or send an electronic message.

The written appeal must include your surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence, and a description of the issue raised, comments, suggestions, statements or complaints, requests or demands.

The appeal may be individual or collective.

The written request must be signed by the applicant(s) and dated.

Any request that does not comply with these requirements will be returned to you with the relevant explanations no later than ten days after the date of receipt.
