In accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 577-VIII of July 2, 2015, "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals" Regarding Electronic Appeals and Electronic Petitions," a written appeal may be sent using the Internet or electronic means of communication (electronic appeal).
The electronic appeal must include the citizen's surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence, and the essence of the issue raised, comments, suggestions, statements or complaints, requests or demands.
The electronic application must also include an email address to which the applicant can be sent a response, or information about other means of contacting them.
The use of an electronic digital signature when sending an electronic application is not required.
