Austrian expert trains Kharkiv barmen

 

Last year she also held similar training for EURO-2012, and now the institutors - federal company «German Organization for International Cooperation» (GIZ), working with the support of German government - decided to continue their education.

 

At this training Michel Diesel spoke about table layout and service of hot drinks, including different kinds of tea, coffee, hot meals together with drinks. She also acquainted barmen with techniques of preparation of cocktails. First, the participants listened to coach's explanation, and then practiced using the knowledge in the field of skill bar. All participants receive certificates.

The arranger of the training-workshop told that during November Kharkiv will organize a number of trainings for chefs, reception staff of the hotels as well as training on public speaking skills to the public.
