More than 140 energy generation facilities to be installed in Kharkiv

The mayor said that the day before, a meeting was held with the participation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to discuss Kharkiv's preparations for the heating season. In particular, the event discussed the city's experience in decentralising heat, water and power supply systems. 

‘Today, our utility companies are working on this almost around the clock. We have held tender procedures and are waiting for the equipment, as it takes some time to manufacture it. In the meantime, we are pouring the foundations and connecting the networks,’ said Igor Terekhov. 

According to him, next year Kharkiv will continue to work on decentralising the life support systems.
