The Municipal Utility Company "Complex for the Removal of Household Waste" is improving labor efficiency and optimizing its costs, which has become especially important since the start of the full-scale invasion.
According to Mykhailo Gromovyi, head of the company's car repair shops, saving resources during the maintenance and repair of the company's special vehicles has come to the fore.
"As the supply of spare parts and equipment for vehicles from the aggressor country has stopped, we have set up logistics and are now getting the necessary spare parts from Ukrainian manufacturers," he said.
In addition, the company operates additional equipment for the locksmith shop and sets up the restoration of special equipment components and assemblies.
