"We are working very hard in this direction with our partners. In addition, I have agreed to take a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. We will sign an agreement to be able to purchase the necessary equipment. And we are not sitting idle, we are already working. In particular, we are pouring the foundations for future modular boiler houses and connecting the networks," said the mayor. 

He also said that Kharkiv has already booked the necessary equipment, including cogeneration units, from global manufacturers.
