Kharkiv residents are urged to be as careful as possible

Speaking to journalists today, 31 December, the Mayor noted that on New Year's Eve, the enemy intensified shelling of Kharkiv to intimidate its residents.

"Civil infrastructure facilities came under enemy fire again. Despite the holiday, we all need to be very careful. The russians are trying to intimidate us with this powerful shelling, but we will not be afraid - we are invincible and unbreakable! I ask everyone to be as careful as possible and respond to all air raids," Ihor Terekhov addressed Kharkiv residents.
