The work of starblinds and people who are not able to see with a version adopted for people with poor eyesight of Kharkiv city council official site was demonstrated  according to appeal of the journalists of  media group “Objectiv” in Kharkiv  social rehabilitation center for people who are not able to see. The journalists were assured that the resource is really available and comfortable for all the categories of kharkovites with special needs, and invalids on eyesight who talked to journalists admitted unusual comfort of the resource usage not for the starblinds only but for people who were totally blind and used special voice computer programs to work with PC. “It is especially actual because of the reason that during the last time the official site of the city council became very informative and interesting. There anyone may get to know of all the important events in the city, look through the documents, find necessary contact information of departments or the municipal companies, send e-mail to representatives of the city power”, - admitted the director of Kharkiv social rehabilitation center for the starblinds and people who are not able to see, invalid on the eyesight Sergey Moskalenko.
