Unique childbirth happened in Kharkiv

 

As the Healthcare Department reported the unique character of childbirth is in exceptional disease of the lady. Since 2008 she has been suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. According to the literature about 70% of people with the same disease die within 2-3 years after  its beginning, about 28% live not more than 6 years. There were no cases of childbirth with such a diacrisis registered in Ukraine.   

 

From the moment of pregnancy establishment, on the instructions of the Kharkov mayor Gennady Kernes, the Department of health care organized medical support of the woman, the inhabitant of the Kherson area, at the Kharkov city perinatal center.
 

Since the pregnancy check according to the instructions of the Kharkiv city mayor Gennadiy Kernes the Healthcare Department organized medical maintaining of the woman in Kharkiv perinatal center.

 

On June, 20 she successfully gave birth to a healthy boy with the weight of  2 kg  850 grs. The mother continues treatment of her neurological condition. Newborn feels well and is being on breastfeeding.
