The city plans to establish diplomatic center

Kharkiv City Council initiated the establishment of diplomatic club.

 
Igor Terekhov, the deputy mayor in questions of development and maintenance of the city, informed that representatives of the various consulates that are with diplomatic mission in Kharkiv will become the members of the club.
 
Establishment of the club will help to solve a number of topical issues for cooperation and development of cultural ties.
 
"It will either be a diplomatic club or a club of international cooperation. It is not important how we call it, it is important that our cooperation would help to solve a number of questions in relationship between Kharkiv and foreign countries ", - Igor Terekhov said. 
 
It is planned that following consuls will become the members of the club: Jan Granat, the Consul General of Poland in Kharkiv; Sergey Semenov, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Kharkiv; Anatoly Bondarenko, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Slovenia in Kharkiv; Tatiana Gavrish, Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kharkiv, as well as representatives of embassies and consulates of Georgia, Turkey, Vietnam, Armenia, Czech Republic, Lithuania and Slovakia.
