From April 21 to April 27, the Russian aggressor fired 54 times at Kharkiv.
This was reported by Mayor Igor Terekhov on his social media.
According to him, 18 people were injured and one person was killed as a result of the enemy attacks. The shelling damaged residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, hospitals and industrial enterprises.
“The problem of broken windows is particularly acute - about 1,500. This is a huge number. All the damaged ones have been repaired. But the issue of full glazing remains very relevant. We are negotiating with international funds to find support for Kharkiv. Utilities have been working tirelessly at each affected location and are now continuing to work where not everything has been restored,” said Igor Terekhov.
The mayor also noted that over the past week, the duration of air raid alerts in Kharkiv has decreased by 32 hours, which is 34% less than the average duration of air raids in the region. Overall, over the past two months, air raid alerts in the city lasted 230 hours less.
