Russian aggressor shells the center of Kharkiv

This was reported by Mayor Igor Terekhov. 

«A hostel in the central part of Kharkiv was hit. So far, two people have sought medical assistance, one of them was taken away by an ambulance. We are continuing our door-to-door checks. In addition, a multi-storey residential building was damaged», - the mayor said. 

According to him, the utility services have already started to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.
