Physically challenged people will choose wheelchairs and deaf-aid themselves

Sergej Tigipko, vice prime minister of Ukraine told about it within his official visit to Kharkiv region.
 

According to his information it is the first time when 100% of means were received to provide physically challenged people with wheelchairs and  prosthesis.
 

«We have made an experiment and now disabled person chooses a wheelchair independently and according to his own preferences and doctor's advice. Before it happened that the wheelchairs were substandard and went down within 2-3 months. It won’t happen again», - marked Sergej Tigipko.
 

Now physically challenged people are able to choose the model and the manufacturer of a wheelchairs or deaf-aid themselves. Moreover foreign production is also available.
