Kharkiv spent about 14 billion hrivnas for the preparations of UEFA EURO-2012

 

The official website of Kharkiv regional state administration informs about it according to the director of Economy and External relations Department of regional administration Sergij Avershin.

 

As he said out of 14 billion hrivnas 1,2 billion arrived from local government finances – regional budget funded about 300 million hrivnas, city budget funded more than 900 million hrivnas.
 

The director of the department also noted that during the championship Kharkiv region was visited by a record number of tourists.
