More than three thousand entrepreneurs have started businesses in Kharkiv since the beginning of the year
Between January and March 2024, 3,062 individual entrepreneurs expressed a desire to start their own business and officially registered their business.
According to the Head Office of the State Tax Service in the Kharkiv Region, during the same period, 198 individual entrepreneurs (mostly from the de-occupied territories) chose Kharkiv as a new location for their business and changed their tax address.
At the same time, 2,496 individual entrepreneurs ceased operations in January-March, and 196 individual entrepreneurs relocated their business from Kharkiv and changed their tax address to another region or territorial community. As of 1 April, the number of individual entrepreneurs in Kharkiv was over 118,600.
The Department of Administrative Services and Consumer Market emphasised that the City authorities always support Kharkiv entrepreneurs and try to accumulate all possible resources to bring business back to the City.
