Localisation of the consequences of an attack on an oil depot continues in Kharkiv

The soil in Nemyshlyanskyi district is being remediated after an enemy drone attack on an oil depot a month ago.

Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov announced this today, March 12, during a national telethon.

"We are working to localise the consequences of the explosion at the oil depot. We are removing soil, putting it in special containers, and bringing in new soil. In addition, we purchased a special reagent, which has already significantly reduced the level of pollution in our rivers,” the Mayor said.

Ihor Terekhov also reminded that in order to prevent the negative consequences of possible attacks from the russian federation, a commission was created in Kharkiv to inspect all potentially dangerous objects.
