Chinese delegation visited Unified Licensing center in Kharkiv

 

The delegation headed by the deputy mayor of Jinan Zhang Haibo is in Kharkiv on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the establishment twinning between the cities.

 

The delegation got acquainted with the work of Unified Licensing center, with the service principle and with the range of administrative services provided by the center.

 

The deputy mayor of Jinan Zhang Haibo noted that they have similar administrative practice in their country. He emphasized that China has the same centers and a lot of business operators  apply there. Zhang Haibo highly appreciated the work of Kharkiv Unified Licensing center and clarified that the only wish is to make the reception of the visitors faster.

 

The opinion of foreign guests who visit the center is important and all the wishes will be considered. Before the opening the center learnt the experience of the advanced countries including Singapore where they applied the system of electronic document flow. Kharkiv center also strives to full virtualization of the technical process. The center not only applies special production processes but also writes the proposals on the central level which will be included into the development of law regulatory framework.
