EBRD may allocate funds for the reconstruction of heating systems in Kharkiv

 

The document arranges the long-term debt financing of the communal enterprise "Kharkiv heating lines"on a security of the city. In addition, the possibility of co-financing of the project at the expense of investment grant Partnership for Energy Efficiency and the Environment in Eastern Europe is supposed. It is also possible to attract additional funds for efficiency and support of the project.
