It is good to live in Kharkiv according to the rating of WeeklyUA

The rating is based on the results of the first post-crisis research of the quality of life in Ukraine, which was held by the International center of perspective researches.
The leader of the rating of quality of life became Kiev: it occupies the first places in several categories at once (well-fair, health care quality and education quality).
Kharkiv occupied the second place in the rating after Kiev. “A locomotive of the local economics is machinery.
