In Kharkiv the "Single Receipt" service to be implemented
The City Council made changes to the Programme of Economic and Social Development of Kharkiv for 2024.
The corresponding decision was made today, April 30, at an extraordinary session of the City Council.
According to the decision, the improvement of the City's payment infrastructure was added to the main tasks of Kharkiv's economic and social development for 2024, which, in particular, involves the implementation of the "Single Receipt" service. In the future, this will make it possible to establish effective interaction between providers of housing and communal services and consumers, improve payment discipline and create convenient conditions for paying for services consumed.
"We had a single receipt, but it belonged to Megabank, which, unfortunately, no longer operates. This causes a lot of inconvenience to Kharkiv residents. People asked me if it was possible to return the single receipt. So I hope that we will be able to introduce it," said Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
The Regulation on the "Single Receipt" service and a set of measures for its implementation will be approved by the decision of the Executive Committee of the City Council.
