Ihor Terekhov told about the situation with electricity supply

This was announced today, 28 March, during a national telethon by Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
 
"Thanks to our power engineers and utility workers who worked round the clock, we managed to partially restore power supply. But the situation is very tense and complicated. We have blackouts in all districts of Kharkiv. We have a schedule in place, but there are still failures somewhere, and this is beyond our control. The blackout periods are about six hours," said Ihor Terekhov.
 
The Mayor of Kharkiv also thanked the employees of the State Emergency Service, volunteers and all concerned Kharkiv residents who joined the response to the massive attack on the City's power grid.
