Ihor Terekhov spoke about the consequences of the missile strike

Today, on 8 May, the russian aggressor once again launched a missile attack on a residential area of Kharkiv.
During a national telethon, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that the missile exploded on the territory of a sports ground where children were playing at the time. In total, five Kharkiv residents were injured in the shelling.
"Three children aged 13, 14 and 15 were walking at the school stadium when the hit occured. They are now in hospital in serious condition and will be operated on. In addition, two adults, a man and a woman, were injured. Their condition is moderate. They are also hospitalised," said Ihor Terekhov.
The missile strike also damaged multi-storey residential buildings in the area. According to the Mayor, the blast wave smashed many windows. Specialists from the utility companies are working at the scene. In particular, they are closing the contours, inspecting the roofs, etc.
