Ihor Terekhov has met with the community of Nuremberg
Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov met with the community of the German twin city Nuremberg on the 6th of February.
The event was held in the format of an open dialog. It was attended by members of the Twinning Association, Kharkiv residents, and residents of Nuremberg who had the opportunity to ask the Mayor any questions.
Ihor Terekhov told them about the current situation in Kharkiv and once again thanked the German people for their strong support of Ukraine.
"We has discussed the challenges we face in the conditions of the war and shared our daily routine. I was glad to see my fellow countrymen and heard from them that they want to return home. I am grateful for this opportunity to Chairman of the Nuremberg-Kharkiv Sister Cities Association Antje Rempe, her colleague Aleksandr Lisak and everyone who makes efforts to help our people both in Germany and in Kharkiv!" - said the Mayor, commenting on the meeting.
