Ihor Terekhov: All life support systems in Kharkiv are working

This was announced today, January 17, during a national TV-marathon by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

‘The last attack was powerful. Infrastructure facilities that supplied electricity to the whole of Kharkiv were damaged. We had to work hard to restore the power supply. It was done at one in the morning. I am grateful to all the services! Now there is light, electric transport, heating, and water supply systems are working,’ the Mayor said.

Ihor Terekhov also reminded that since the beginning of the heating season, the City’s heating system had to be restarted for the sixth time.
