Ihor Terekhov told about the consequences of the morning attack on Kharkiv

On the morning of 22 March, the russian aggressor launched massive attacks on the energy infrastructure of the City of Kharkiv.

During a national telethon, Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov said that Kharkiv is now completely without power. According to him, the State Emergency Service continues to extinguish fires at power substations, and utilities are working to restore the City's power supply.

"We are starting to supply water, thanks to alternative energy sources we have this opportunity. We have also switched to generators and are launching the facilities of Kharkiv Heating Networks. Thus, 40 thousand people will be connected to the heat supply. Buses have already started running, replacing the de-energised trams, trolleybuses and metro," said Ihor Terekhov.

Also, all "Points of invincibility" are open in Kharkiv.
