Ihor Terekhov on Guided Aerial Bombs strikes: This is a strategy to intimidate people

By bombing Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs, the russian aggressor is trying to force the City's residents to leave their homes. 

This was stated by Mayor Ihor Terekhov to the American newspaper The New York Times. 

‘This is a strategy to intimidate people, a strategy to force people to leave their homes, to force people to evacuate. This is the destruction of the City itself,’ the Mayor said.
