Ihor Terekhov discusses restoration of Kharkiv with Lutheran Federation

According to Ihor Terekhov, despite the fact that Kharkiv is currently under constant shelling, children want to study full-time. 

"Now, in addition to the metro school, the first underground school has already started operating. But there are still not enough seats for everyone who wants to sit at the desks, so it is extremely important for us to develop this educational network and build new protective structures that will meet the requirements for children's education. We really want our children to be able to study like all other children," the mayor said.

Ihor Terekhov also presented Mark Mullan, the head of the Lutheran World Federation in Ukraine, with the Mayor's Acknowledgment.
