Gennady Kernes met consuls of the countries of European Union

A social was given by the mayor of Kharkiv Gennady Kernes.
The receiving part was also presented by the deputies of the mayor of Kharkiv and directors of the Departments. Representatives of the consul establishments of EU countries and diplomatic corpus in Kharkiv.
Gennady Kernes noted that the Ambassador of the USA in Ukraine, the Ambassador of Germany in Ukraine and the Ambassador of Czech Republic in Ukraine and the president of Slovenia.
The mayor of Kharkiv admitted that Kharkiv became the only city in our country which was honored with four awards of Council of Europe.
“Both Kharkiv and Ukraine are interested in European values and standards, and we do everything to prove it by our deeds. Our municipal cooperation counts dozens of countries and we are interested in this meeting to give a new way to the development of our international relations”, - Gennady Kernes said in his greeting speech.
The mayor of Kharkiv thanked the Consul General of Poland Republic in Kharkiv Yan Granat for his help in gathering such a number of diplomatic representations in Kharkiv.
