Gennadiy Kernes: Gorky park will become a profit-making enterprise

 

Kharkiv city mayor Gennadiy Kernes stated it on August, 20.

 

He marked that the income from the park will be directed to creation and maintenance of comfort for the visitors and for credit repayment in 20 million dollars for its reconstruction.

 

Besides, Gennadiy Kernes marked that foundation of the park of such a level will give an opportunity to attract not only tourists but investments as well. In particular, the majority of commercial properties located near the park have already started to invest into own business and to refine nearby territory.

 

The mayor also reminded that the entrance to the park, public convenience and water fountains are absoulutely free fo r he visitors. Besides, amusement rides on August, 23 on the Town Day will be free as well.
