Fathers of children who are going to born on the 23rd of August in the Day of the city will be invited to the stage during the celebration events in Svobody square on the 24th of August.
The director of the Department of culture of Kharkov city council Svetlana Babitskaya informed of this in the press-center of Kharkov city council today.
“We are going to congratulate new mothers. And then we are going to contact fathers – all of them will be able to come to Svobody square and receive their presents”, - the director of the department admitted.
