Fan-zone is ready for weather warning

 

The deputy director of UEFA EURO 2012, Natalia Miroshnichenko informed about it.

 

She noted that due to well-timed warning about weather conditions yesterday it was possible to evacuate 2-3 thousand fans in short time.

 

As the broadcast  of Ukraine - France match is expected today a lot of fans will gather on the square. So the staff has already held a meeting and discussed their actions in case the weather changes.

 

Natalia Miroshnichenko, clarified that the stormy weather warning may come at 18:00. Thereby all utilities and emergency services are ready for urgent measures.

 

The deputy director pointed that in case of heavy wind or rain storm in the fan-zone 

they will open all exits including extra and clearing ones.

 

Each hour changes in weather conditions and fan-zone operation will be announced.
