Experts from Zaporozhye adopt experience of Kharkiv information monitoring service «15-62»

 

Experts of Kharkiv communal enterprise «Information city center» provide all the necessary information to the colleagues.

 

In the course of two weeks training  Zaporozhye representatives thoroughly learnt the operation of the call-center, the process of registration and classification of applications. They also visited control and analytic department of the «15-62» center and visited other call-centers of communal enterprises.
