Agitation tents at Kachanivska colony were removed according to the judgment

It was told today, on the 10th of January, in the Department of cooperation with law enforcement bodies, defense, mobilization work and civil defense of Kharkiv city council.
Let us remind that since the 7th of January of 2012 all the tent towns and pickets at Kachanivska female colony №54 where the ex-prime-minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko serves have been prohibited by the judgment of Kharkiv administrative regional court. But today, in spite of the judgment, representatives of “Batkivshchina” set two tents where, according to their words, they have been collecting the signs of kharkovites for Yulia Tymoshenko recommendation for Nobel peace award. But in their application given to Kharkiv city council for the picket representatives of “Batkivshchina” did not mention a single word of their intention to collect signs for recommendation of Yulia Tymoshenko for Nobel award. They have apllyed for two tents “to support Yulia Tymoshenko” only. Besides, the application was given after the tome the action had to start, and the Department of records management.
