30 thousand fans took part in the marсh procession to the «Metalist» stadium

 

The column of fans is on the route: Ivanova st. - Pushkinskaya st. - Korolenko st. – the Constitution square - Moscow avenue (from Constitution square to Kharkov bridge) – Krasnoshkolnaya Naberezhnaya st. - Shota Rustaveli st. - Rudnev square - Gagarin Avenue – Plehanovskaya St - Kirova St – Tarasovskaya st. - the «Metalist» stadium.

 

The director of the UEFA EURO-2012 preparation's department Alexander Nechiporenko reported about it. 30 thousand fans took part in the procession. German fans also joined the Dutch procession as well as Kharkiv residents and guests of the city. Fans walked 10 km and it took them two hours.

 

In the head of the column was the orange bus with the columns, music was playing, the ribbon fireworks were set from the bus. The Dutch fans were dressed in a color of their national team - orange, carnival costumes. They sang fan songs, took photos with residents of Kharkiv and presented them with different souvenirs.

 

The column was escorted with the workers of State Automobile Inspectorate.

 

«The Kharkiv residents took very active part in this procession. March was very wide-scale. The Dutch fans say that they have never seen such a procession of fans before», - Alexander Nechiporenko said.

 

12 thousand fans took part in the previous march procession.
