Municipal services are ensuring that the Metalist stadium in Kharkiv is maintained in good condition.
At a meeting with students of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Mayor Igor Terekhov said that specialists are constantly taking care not only of the condition of the interior, but also of the quality of the pitch.
According to the mayor, after the war, all parts of the complex, including the pitch, can be prepared for football matches of all levels in just a month.
‘This stadium is one of the hallmarks of Kharkiv, which hosted the glorious Euro 2012. I really want the atmosphere that once prevailed at this stadium to return,’ said the mayor.
