‘We always unveil monuments on anniversaries, lay new squares and parks, and install plaques to immortalise prominent people and events that played a significant role in the development of our city. And even now, during the war, Kharkiv artists are organising exhibitions and various art events. This is a testament to the strength of the spirit of our people and the indomitable nature of Kharkiv,’ said Igor Terekhov.
