Construction of underground schools continues in Kharkiv

According to him, so far only funds from the city budget have been allocated for the construction of these schools. 

‘The government has approved an order to allocate funds from the state for the construction of underground schools, as we are now forced to scale up this project. Kharkiv needs modern air defence systems that will protect the sky so that people can live in more or less normal conditions and children can study in peace,’ said Igor Terekhov.
