Kharkiv received more than $5 million for reconstruction

International funds have invested more than $5 million in the first three months of 2024 in the restoration of Kharkiv which is regularly shelled by russia.
This was announced today, 1 April, on the air of Nakypilo radio by Dmytro Davidiants, Director of the Municipal Enterprise "Kharkiv Office of Reform".
According to him, Mayor Ihor Terekhov instructed the experts of the institution to involve as many foreign partners as possible in providing assistance to the City.
"It is important to do this now, not in a few years. Kharkiv citizens should see that their City is being restored," said the director of the Kharkiv Office of Reform.
Dmytro Davidiants also said that international agencies independently select contractors to carry out the restoration work. The City acts only as an intermediary in this process.
"During the two years of the full-scale invasion, in cooperation with district administrations and foreign partners, we managed to restore more than 5,000 flats and private houses," said the director of the Office.
