To ensure education in an offline format, the Municipal Institution "Kharkov Office of Reform " together with the representative office of the World Lutheran Federation in Ukraine and the NGO "Spilna sprava dlia liudei" equips schools in anti-radiation shelters.

As the director of the municipal institution, Dmytro Davidiants, said, help in equipping the premises is provided by international partners without the involvement of budget funds.

"At the initiative of the Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the third educational location is currently being prepared, in which more than 300 children will be able to study. It is planned to be opened by September. It will be a comprehensive educational institution based on the example of a metro school with classrooms, recreation areas, and a medical office," said Dmytro Davidiants.

The Head of the World Lutheran Federation in Ukraine, Mark Mullan, noted that creating conditions for the comprehensive education of children in Kharkiv is a priority task for their organization.

"Thanks to cooperation with the City authorities and our partners, we are restoring bomb shelters. And we will consider the possibilities for creating such safe spaces for offline learning in different districts of Kharkiv," said Mark Mullan.
