The Kharkiv delegation took part in the Poznan Marathon

Along with delegates from Kyiv and Takasaki (Japan), Kharkiv met with the Mayor of Poznan City Council Grzegorz Ganowicz, Director of the International Cooperation Department Iwona Matuszczak-Schultz and Director of the Sports Department Maciej Piekarczyk.

They discussed the possibility of continuing the traditional annual boxing tournament between the twin cities of Kharkiv and Poznan. In addition, the Polish side proposed to consider several more sports to expand the range of participants among Kharkiv children and youth. 

The parties also discussed prospects for further cooperation in new areas.
