Kharkiv City Council signs a comprehensive support program with the EBRD

On June 11, Kharkiv City Council signed a comprehensive support program with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for Ukrainian cities.
The document was signed by EBRD President Odile Renaud-Basso, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, and the mayors of Lutsk and Mykolaiv, Ihor Polishchuk and Oleksandr Senkevych.
The comprehensive program includes support for projects aimed at increasing competitiveness and inclusion in Ukraine, introducing innovative green technologies, restoring financial inclusion, and a municipal, infrastructure, and industrial resilience program.
The company also signed a loan agreement with the EBRD to provide Kharkiv with €25 million for winterization.
