Igor Terekhov: We invite investors from all over the world to restore Kharkiv
The city of Kharkiv is not waiting for the development of the General Development Plan and the closure of the sky, but is already inviting partners from all over the world to join investment projects.
This was stated by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov at the event «Restoring Kharkiv: Main Goals and Plans» held today, June 10, in Berlin.
During his speech, the mayor said that the city already has dozens of investment projects aimed at improving the standard of living in the community, returning people, and affecting almost all areas of life. In particular, these include the construction of new residential neighborhoods, a scientific quarter, the restoration of cultural heritage sites, the renewal of transport infrastructure, and various environmental projects.
The mayor also said that in the new concept of the General Plan, security issues and the protection of vital infrastructure are at the forefront.
«Of course, we are not waiting for the General Plan to be fully developed and the skies over the city to be closed. We are already implementing a number of reconstruction projects on our own and together with the Ukrainian government and our partners. We invite investors and partners from all over the world. And we guarantee the best conditions and maximum assistance. Our numerous partners are already well aware that Kharkiv is open, transparent, and honest», - emphasized Igor Terekhov.
