Kharkiv City Council is ranked first in the country in terms of performance

Chernihiv and Lutsk city councils took the second and third places with 57%. 

In addition, 49% of Kharkiv residents believe that the city authorities pay more attention to the welfare of the city than to their own interests. Kharkiv also ranked first among other regional centers in this question. 

The survey was conducted by the Sociological Group “Rating” on behalf of the Center for Analysis and Sociological Research of the International Republican Institute in 21 regional centers not controlled by Russia. It involved 16.8 thousand urban residents aged 18 and older.
