As Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov said on the air of the national telethon, during the day, russia also shelled residential buildings in the Shevchenkivskyi district. According to him, utilities and residents are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
 
In addition, the Mayor noted that power engineers continue to restore the energy infrastructure that was damaged by massive shelling last week.
 
"Our specialists are doing everything possible to provide Kharkiv residents with electricity. We have introduced a schedule of outages and completed the heating season ahead of schedule to enable power engineers to restore the power grid," said the Mayor.
