Free water pumps to be installed in Kharkiv

He noted that this is not competition for private business, but only an alternative for consumers. Thus, to begin with, the city plans to install 29 such pump rooms. 

‘The project is being implemented at the expense of the city budget. We also have funding agreements with international partners. We are currently importing equipment and installing communications in these pump rooms. They will be operational in a few months. In areas where there is a high demand for such a service, we will increase the number of outlets,’ said the mayor.
