Over 40 buildings damaged in Kharkiv as a result of morning shelling

Today, on 25 November, the Russian aggressor launched an S-400 missile at the Kyiv district.

According to Mayor Igor Terekhov, 41 residential buildings were damaged. The building of the Administration of Kyivskyi district and the Centre for the provision of administrative services also suffered serious damage and was left without electricity after the shelling. The mayor said that in the near future the Centre for Administrative Services will be relocated to another building nearby.

Igor Terekhov noted that utility services are currently working at the site of the shelling. They are repairing the damaged circuits, roofs and networks.

‘It's cold outside, so our task is to restore utility services as soon as possible so that people can live in more or less normal conditions,’ the mayor said.

According to him, 23 people were injured in the morning attack, including visitors and employees of the Centre for Administrative Services.
