An alternative energy system is being developed in Kharkiv

This was announced today, 23 July, during a national telethon by mayor Igor Terekhov. 

According to him, modular boiler houses are being installed throughout the city. The work is going on almost around the clock to create a so-called ‘energy system island’ in Kharkiv. 

«We are preparing for the most difficult challenges that could hypothetically occur. Now we are preparing for winter in a completely different way than before. It is very important to install modular boiler houses, generators and cogeneration units in time», - the mayor stressed.
