Kharkiv is working on a differentiated air raid warning system

According to him, this decision is very important for Kharkiv, as the new system will allow banking institutions and shopping centres to operate fully. 

‘We are organising everything so that people understand when there is a threat to the city and can hide in underground shelters. I would like to take this opportunity to ask Kharkiv residents to be careful and not to ignore air raid warnings,’ the mayor said.
