In Kharkiv the system of civil protection of the population has been reinforced

As reported in the Cooperation with Law Enforcement Agencies and Civil Protection Department, the city subunit includes the government bodies of the city and its districts, subordinate to them civil protection forces, organizations of communal form of ownership, as well as other structures, in the powers of which - the protection of the population and territories from emergency situations.

The main purpose of creation of such a component link of the territorial subsystem is to ensure the implementation of the state policy in the sphere of civil protection of the population and territories of the Сity in peacetime and in a special period.
